Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen changes can happen. ? But missed appointments really affect the business and other dogs waiting for a slot.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the grooming fee.

Any outstanding balance must be settled before booking again.
